🌿 Palm Sunday: The Quiet Strength of a Woman Who Still Says “Yes”
This week, as we step into Palm Sunday, we remember the moment Jesus entered Jerusalem—welcomed with cheers, palm branches, and celebration.
But what strikes me most isn’t just the celebration.
It’s the contrast.
Because many of those same voices shouting “Hosanna!” would soon fall silent… or turn away.
And if I’m being honest—this is where it connects so deeply to us as women.
🌸 The Kind of Strength No One Claps For
Palm Sunday reminds us that Jesus walked forward knowing what was coming.
He knew the praise wouldn’t last.
He knew the road ahead would be painful.
He knew He would be misunderstood, rejected, and hurt.
And still… He went.
That kind of strength?
That quiet, unwavering obedience?
That is the kind of strength so many women carry every single day.
You keep showing up:
When your efforts go unnoticed
When your heart feels heavy
When you’re pouring into everyone else but feel empty yourself
When your story doesn’t look how you thought it would
There may not be crowds cheering you on.
There may not be recognition or applause.
But heaven sees you.
💛 You Don’t Need the Crowd to Walk in Your Calling
One of the hardest things as a woman—especially one trying to live out her faith, her purpose, and her calling—is realizing:
Not everyone will understand your journey.
Some people will celebrate you for a season…
And then grow quiet when your path gets uncomfortable.
But Palm Sunday teaches us something powerful:
👉 Your calling was never meant to be validated by the crowd.
👉 Your “yes” was always meant to be rooted in obedience, not approval.
Jesus didn’t turn around when the praise faded.
And neither should you.
🌿 Women of Faith Carry a Different Kind of Power
Empowerment doesn’t always look loud, bold, or perfectly put together.
Sometimes it looks like:
Choosing patience when you want to break
Choosing faith when you don’t understand
Choosing to keep going when it would be easier to quit
Choosing to trust God with a story that feels unfinished
That is real strength.
That is Kingdom-level empowerment.
And that is the woman you are becoming.
✨ A Personal Reflection
There have been seasons in my life—especially in motherhood, my marriage, and building this business—where I felt like I was walking forward without applause.
Where I questioned:
Am I doing this right?
Does this even matter?
God, are You really in this?
But Palm Sunday reminds me…
Even when the crowd doesn’t stay,
God’s presence does.
Even when the path feels uncertain,
your obedience is never wasted.
🌸 Your “Yes” Still Matters
Just like Jesus rode into Jerusalem with purpose…
You are walking into your life with purpose too.
Even if:
It’s messy
It’s slow
It doesn’t look like anyone else’s
God is using it.
Your voice matters.
Your story matters.
Your faith matters.
And your “yes”—even when it’s quiet, even when it’s hard—is powerful beyond what you can see.
đź“– Scripture for This Week
“Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord!” — John 12:13
“Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.” — Galatians 6:9
🙏 Prayer for today"!
Lord,
Thank You for reminding me that I don’t need the crowd—I need You.
When I feel unseen, remind me that You see me.
When I feel weary, strengthen my heart.
When I question my path, anchor me in Your purpose.
Help me to keep saying “yes” to You, even when it’s hard.
Help me walk boldly in the calling You’ve placed on my life—
not for approval, but for obedience.
And remind me that quiet faith… is still powerful.
Amen.
đź’¬ For You, From My Heart
If this spoke to you today, I want you to hear this clearly:
You are not behind.
You are not forgotten.
You are not doing this alone.
You are walking a Palm Sunday kind of faith—
and that kind of faith changes everything. 🌿✨
